Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Head Only products (due to customization and fitting requirements)
  • Clearance items (as these are final sale)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return.
